I am an avowed "swinger of birches"...daydreams and fantasy are my favorite escapes...but I do dwell in reality as well. *s* I am known to many as a serious, quiet, introspective person...but then to others I am seen as a cheerful, slightly mischievous, and occasionally funny girl. I am both, as many people are...a bit more on this in the "yin and yang" section.
Lark is my "chosen" name...I do not use my real name on here both for safety reasons and because I am not overly fond of it. *s* Why Lark? The meaning, sound, and imagery it has all appeal to me...and coincidentally, it is an acronym for my real name.
I am 24...and a graduate student who is looking for employment. I live in Atlanta, GA., with my parents and sisters, who alternately drive me crazy and entertain me. And I am also the enslaved human of my cat, Ally. *s*
I try to always look at both sides of an issue...I am very much an idealist...I have a feminist streak, and I am generally seen as deviating away from what is considered "normal"...of which I am glad. *s*
